It’s fair to say that sites can, and do manipulate reviews – especially when they are in control of their own website! For transparency I have that option switched off or I could easily list hundreds of fabricated reviews.
Instead, I prefer to offer real life, visual reviews which can be trusted and seen from customers displaying and commenting on their orders. This gives you the confidence and assurance that unverified comments can’t provide.
